Remodelling Clothes with Purpose

A redesign starts with an inquiry and a detailed review of the garment itself. We look at construction, seam allowances, fabric condition, and the limits of what can realistically be changed before outlining the possible direction.

For remodelling projects, design approval matters. Once the concept and scope are agreed, the work moves forward with clear expectations, and any additional adjustments are discussed before they are carried out.

Every project begins with a careful assessment of the garment, its fabric, and the changes you want to make.

TailorCrafted turns existing pieces into wearable, practical, and more personal garments through considered alteration and upcycling work.

Our work includes dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, vintage-garment fit updates, and fabric-reuse accessory projects. Where available, we also aim to match original thread and trim for a more coherent finish.

Because every garment is different, final results depend on the original construction, available material, and fitting limitations. That is why quotes are prepared after inspection, and completion times are set realistically rather than promised in advance.
